If you’re looking for some more “new year, new me” inspiration, Netflix can be a treasure trove of stimulating documentaries. From nutrition to spirituality, you can use your nights of binge watching to better your mind and enrich your soul — after you catch up on “Grey’s Anatomy,” of course.
